Straight to the coin updates!
We've finished the Durrandon coins, and we have the dies engraved for the Harrenhal coins. Our engraver, Woody, struck up a test strike of the Harrenhall coin on an odd-shaped blank in the shop today. Let us know what you think of the impression! We also have a sneak-peek of some Arryn Star engraving.

First off, I want to apologize for the delays in both manufacturing and updates. We've learned a lot from this Kickstarter. This is the first project that we have launched before we had all of the coins made. It was also the largest set of new coins that we've ever launched. It was also the first time we have worked with a laser cutter to produce packaging. All of these aspects have taken a lot more time than we budgeted for this project and we are truly sorry for setting a timeline that we couldn't meet. This year has ended up being the craziest (in good and bad ways) that we've ever had. All future Kickstarter projects that we launch will have more finalized prototypes and more time for manufacturing to set all of our expectations on the same level.
That said, the coins and Coin Maps are still coming! We expect to have all of the coins minted and ready to pack by the end of April, so we expect to start shipping the Steward level and any non-Coin-Map rewards during the first week of May. We are still waiting on a few elements (files, prints, etc) for our Coin Maps and will update on the timeline for those when we have a clearer idea. Likely, shipping will start by the first week of June for rewards with Coin Maps.
The glowing resin map for the Lord of Westeros tier backers will be the last to ship, unfortunately, so we will be shipping those 18 rewards in two batches: 1. All of the loose sets and purse, 2. The glowing resin map signed by George R. R. Martin. This way, these backers will be able to at least get their hands on the coins at the same time as everyone else. We will not be able to split and ship any other rewards in this fashion.

We love how this came out. There were some minor changes made from the original art designed by Maggie Ivy, but we love how it turned out. Her interpretation of the Iron Throne is perfection.

Shipping Updates
We're so sorry that we've missed our shipping forecast for the Steward level. We did not forsee the massive amount of work that we had in store for us this holiday season. We are happy to be bringing 2 new employees on board this month, so we will be able to ramp up production on these coins and Coin Maps. We are on track to ship all orders in April at this point. Coin Maps were (and still are) scheduled to ship out in April. More updates soon! I hope you love the coins.

We just received our shipment of acrylic, which was the biggest shipment that we've been waiting on. We have a few other items coming in - wood for the top tier levels and metal stock for the coins. Woody is hard at work engraving the new designs. This is the largest release we've done so he has a lot of work on his hands. We appreciate your patience and encouragement. As of now, we are still on track for April fulfillment.
